    I never went to HR, I just email the head of the company about the costly mistake. Then leave. If I warned you months ahead about a problem, and I stated the cost ahead of time and it’s still not fixed I am not staying to fix it. Thats a broken system.

    One time I got fired once and told that the reason was because the company was saving money. The manager immediately hired their coworker from their previous job. EI told me they said that's a valid reason for being let go. The real story; Management over ordered and failed to do their own job correctly costing the store a bunch of money, and lost a bunch of money by improperly pricing products that their only cover up was to blame me.

    I was having problems with my Supervisor & Manager, who would change my "7on7off" schedule constantly to fill in for others going on vacation... Keep in mind, we were all supposed to do "7on7off"... Anyway i finally had enough of my sleep schedule & life being at the mercy of my fellow coworkers & their vacation/time off requests & complained to my Union first. We had to have a meeting with my HR manager, my own manager & two union representatives. The HR manager was so friendly to me in the hallway that morning & for a few seconds once i entered the meeting room, but the moment we all sat down & she pulled out a folder she turned into a monster foaming in the mouth!! I have never seen someone switch up so quickly in my life 😂 She said i was being petty & wanted to make my manager work harder with the schedules 😅

    So I lost 40% thumb, 60% index & 50% middle finger on my right hand. I’ve spoken to 2 layers and they told me I shouldn’t get a lawyer because of the new law stating once I get my inpaired rate I will get whatever the math equations is. I think I’m entitled to more than just that because my co worker took the safety guard off machine without informing me.

    Interesting decision to frequently be talking to a different camera. I suppose it's to give the psychological feel that he's talking to a room full of other people? Personally I found it a bit weird when we were seeing the side of his face, knowing everyone is seeing what I'm seeing makes me feel like he's absurdly talking to a wall when he's not talking to the POV camera.

Let me tell you, though: Jump through the hoops of the "due internal process" but always use your biggest weapon against them, which is the question: "Can you show me the proof to back up your claims and put it in writing?"

    Mine tried to write me up for not responding to the group text messages with an ok and this only happened once because it was concerning a shift on that day and I wasn’t a part of that shift do I didn’t feel the need to respond.

    I’m glad I work at a decent company then. I’ve been with the company since the beginning and over the years, I’ve reported so many problems. Sure it may backfire eventually, but my complaints have been taken seriously and I’ve reported things to both management and HR.

    Kansas State University refused to hire me as a boy in chemistry. Daily Wire hires Jewish workers over Christian workers. I had to contact the police at Kansas State University when I was being harassed as a boy because HR was engaged in the harassment.

    Hello My name is George Were from Kenya. I was unfairly fired after I reported my supervisor and colleagues for corruption, bullying, harassment and hacking. I presented my grievance through the right channel I.e. I started by informing my senior supervisor who advised me to proceed to HR.Hr requested for statement based on facts which I presented..Few days later he told me that he investigated and everything was adding up...but before I case could be heard I was fired and deported ...I am looking for intentional lawyer kindly advise me

    I tore ny Achilles tendon on the job. Im a mail carrier and what bad this is my second torn Achilles same leg. Worker comp is hard to deal with while you dealing with pain i got a attorney and everything has been getting better

    Imagine working for a company that lowers attendance on review score for serving in the miltary. The company also had a policy not to give perfect attendance awards or bonus for this as well. Still working for them but is it military discrimination? From our HR said theyre following federal guidelines

    I got written up recently, or got a serious warning. and I am contemplating on asking if I could write a Rebuttal. I don't think the write up was very fair, and it is not accurate. I will do my part to fix the problem. I want to stay and I want to use this job as an opportunity to improve in a lot of things. I just think a lot of things in the write up is wrong and not fair to me. I feel so sad.

    Biggest problem with Hr is that is usually 99% women dictating the policy and unfortunately they are not democratic or fair towards men they always fabour and believe men are wrong in a Hr case unfortunately I know this since I have worked in 2 feminist leftist countries Sweden and Ireland where you feel the men are discriminated openly by Hr
